You carried life. You deserve to be deeply cared for, not just for your baby, but for you.
We Offer Culturally-Aware Postpartum Care That Centers The Mother
-
1 Prenatal Session (2h) - Together we map out your postpartum wishes, boundaries, and meal preferences. With your current support system in mind, we will discuss how to tailor your care around what is best for you and your family.
Postpartum Sessions (2h each) that may include:
Processing your birth story in a safe, trauma-informed way to ensure that you are heard.
Nutrient dense postpartum specific meals, one-handed snacks, electrolytes, and herbal support designed to help replenish and sustain you. I make sure you are pooping well, too.
Postpartum bodywork appropriate for your specific healing journey. Newborn can stay on chest while you receive care.
Light household or sibling care so you can rest (baby laundry, changing sheets, dishes, etc).
Traditional postpartum healing rituals when appropriate (i.e. sobadas, herbal sitz baths, belly binding).
Partner education to help them feel confident, involved, and attuned to your wellbeing (and therefore baby).

When the unexpected happens, you need more support than ever. Delivered care packages are booked weekly, and can include:
Nourishing meals, snacks, herbal tea, and electrolytes delivered to support the birthing parent’s recovery and lactation journey.
Shower care package made with love to support your body and spirit in the medical environment (peri-bottle with herbs, soap, menstrual/nursing pads etc).
Emotional support - This may look like breathwork, meditation, a shoulder to cry on, or a walk outside together. I am here to remind you that you are not alone and will help you connect with your support system during this time.
Your Postpartum Recovery Matters
and you deserve more than one 6-week check-up at the office. Deep care during this time is not a luxury - It is critical for your overall wellbeing while you navigate new motherhood.
“When a baby is born, so is a mother. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new”
Let’s Plan for your Sacred Postpartum Era.
